Forever Young Physiotherapy in Terrigal Central Coast provides quality, experienced and evidence based physiotherapy services for many types of conditions.
What is Physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy is the clinical health science and profession that aims to rehabilitate and improve a person’s ability to move and restore function. Physiotherapists utilise their expertise in anatomy and physiology to assess, diagnose and apply treatment principles based on evidence based practices, to client’s with a variety of health conditions.
FYP incorporates a whole-body approach when assessing a client and breaks down the source of the issue, rather than purely addressing only the point of pain being complained of.
The assessment will often consider multiple components of the body, comprising of the musculoskeletal system/ nervous system and urinary system depending on the presenting issue.
At FYP there is no such thing as multiple client’s being treated at the same time. Each client is treated on a 1:1 basis and will experience a long and personalised session of 45- 60 minutes for initial and all follow up sessions.
Physiotherapy services apply to a multitude of conditions ranging from neck and back pain, specific women’s health services, pelvic health, musculoskeletal conditions, postural issues, headaches, shoulder and wrist and hand issues along with many more.
